Welcome to the EdenCora Partner Program. These terms explain how partners may promote EdenCora and earn commissions for referred customers.
By joining the EdenCora Partner Program, you agree to follow these terms.
The EdenCora Partner Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to EdenCora.
EdenCora includes products and services related to health support, meal planning, grocery organization, household planning, food tracking, fitness goals, and everyday wellness habits.
Participation in this program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
All partners must be approved by EdenCora.
We may approve, deny, pause, or remove any partner from the program at our discretion.
Private campaigns are invite-only and are not open to the public.
Partners receive a unique referral link or code.
Commissions are tracked when a new customer signs up through the partner’s approved referral link or code and becomes a paying customer.
EdenCora is not responsible for commissions that cannot be tracked because of incorrect links, blocked cookies, browser settings, customer actions, or technical issues outside our control.
Commissions are earned only on eligible referred paying customers.
Commissions are not paid on free trials, refunded payments, canceled payments, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, test purchases, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, or customers who were already known to EdenCora.
Commissions may be pending for a review period before becoming payable.
If a customer receives a refund, cancels, disputes a charge, or is found to be fraudulent, the related commission may be reversed or withheld.
Commission rates, payout timing, payout thresholds, and commission limits are determined by the partner’s assigned campaign.
Commissions are reviewed before payout.
Payouts may be delayed, reduced, or denied if activity violates these terms or appears fraudulent, misleading, or abusive.
Partners are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information if required.
Partners may promote EdenCora using approved links, messaging, images, videos, and other brand materials.
Partners may share EdenCora with their audience, customers, clients, friends, family, community, or network.
Partners may not use spam, misleading claims, fake discounts, unauthorized coupons, deceptive ads, or forced clicks.
Partners may not represent themselves as an employee, owner, official spokesperson, or legal representative of EdenCora unless separately authorized in writing.
Partners may not make medical claims, disease claims, or guaranteed outcome claims.
Partners may not say EdenCora diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or medical condition.
Partners may not guarantee weight loss, health improvements, grocery savings, fitness results, or any specific personal outcome.
Approved language includes:
EdenCora helps people plan smarter meals, organize groceries, build healthier habits, track food, support fitness goals, and make everyday wellness easier.
Partners may not bid on EdenCora brand terms, misspellings, domain names, app names, founder names, or branded keywords without written approval.
Partners may not run paid search ads, paid social ads, display ads, or retargeting ads that appear to be official EdenCora ads unless approved in writing.
Partners may not direct paid traffic through misleading landing pages or unauthorized claims.
Partners may use approved EdenCora names, logos, screenshots, images, and content only for promoting EdenCora.
Partners may not alter the EdenCora brand, create confusing domains, impersonate EdenCora, or create social media accounts that appear official.
Partners may not register domain names, usernames, handles, or pages that include EdenCora, Eden, Cora, or related brand terms without written permission.
Partners may not request, collect, sell, or misuse customer personal information on behalf of EdenCora.
Partners may not contact referred customers unless the customer has separately given permission.
Customer email addresses are not shared with partners.
Any customer information visible in the partner dashboard must be kept confidential.
Partners may not engage in:
Spam or unsolicited messaging
Fake accounts or fake referrals
Self-referrals
Commission manipulation
Cookie stuffing
Forced redirects
Misleading coupons or discounts
Unauthorized paid ads
False health claims
Brand impersonation
Fraudulent transactions
Chargeback abuse
Harassment or pressure-based selling
Any unlawful, deceptive, or unethical activity
EdenCora may suspend or terminate a partner at any time.
If a partner violates these terms, EdenCora may withhold, cancel, or reverse unpaid commissions.
Partners may stop participating at any time.
EdenCora may update commission rates, payout rules, campaign terms, promotional rules, or these terms at any time.
Continued participation in the program after changes are made means the partner accepts the updated terms.
